- Tell us something about yourself, your background:
I am a professional Researcher, Author, Management and Business Consultant. I have worked in both corporate and government sectors. My exceptional privilege of being in a Himalayan town has shown me the path of purpose, vision and wisdom. I am a life-long learner and researcher, and have been researching about business and management for last 13 years. After resigning from my government job, I have moved to corporate sector. My experience from both sectors makes my management approach practical and result oriented.
Recently, after 13 years of research, studies and experiments, I have published my book “Master the Art of Successful Career” and the book has started impacting people’s life. My theory RGY Circle Theory of decision making helps entrepreneurs and business executives to take business decision effectively by downsizing the chances of potential business loss. But personally, people knew me for my Never Give Up attitude. In last 10 years, I have survived a decade of depression, five years of insomnia, multiple medicine side effects, survived career failure twice and business losses.
- List your ventures with a brief explanation of each:
I am a management and business consultant. I work in collaboration with start-ups. It’s cost effective and delegate my entire passive work to start ups. This business concept inspires me to teach this model to others and to unleash their business potential and to reach financial freedom.
- How/Why did you start as an entrepreneur? What set you off?
I was doing business research since 2008 and gained the in-depth knowledge about business & management. In recent time, when I saw the pain of business person, founders, executives and entrepreneurs, and how they suffer from stress and pressure, I decided to use my expertise to relieve their stress by growing their business. I have done numbers of counseling to help others in scaling up their business.
Business management is one of the most creative and dynamic field, filled with lots of challenges and pressure. 95% of the startup failed in first 5 years and I want to change the fiber of the corporate world by making it a better place for business.
- Tell us a bit more about each of your ventures:
When I see business people and professional sin pain due to work life balance and stress due to their business, it literally breaks my heart. So now, I am on a journey to help the youth to live a stress-free life. Recently, after 12 years of research, I have started a new task to pen down all my experience and share with the youth from all over the world.
Ventures are not all about having more position and stocks only but it’s about making the difference in life. So, even after having more ideas on the table, I have selected the idea of helping the youth.
