  • Tell us something about yourself, your background:

I have been doing Facebook advertising since the age of sixteen. In the beginning, it wasn’t really something I wanted to get into. However, it was fun doing it at the time, being able to learn new skills and teaching myself different things I’ve never heard of or done before such as being able to market a variety of different products and services online.

At first, I wanted to get into Accounting – which I now find very ironic, as I basically hate the thought of accounting as this stage in my life. Nonetheless, when I turned 17, I started doing odd freelancer work, after doing this I actually realised that is was something which I enjoyed doing.

This made me come to the decision that I want to take this further. I then ended up putting my money towards online courses and mentors to learn more about marketing, social media, paid advertising, running a business as this was something I found a passion for and wanted to get into.

  • Can you list your ventures with a brief explanation of each:

Ellista Media: My first ever venture I got into was my agency – Ellista Media, which is a social media marketing agency which specialises in helping eCommerce & Info-Product businesses scale to multi 5/6 figures per month.

Kitson Consultancy & Co: Recently, I have dived deep into a new venture named Kitson Consultancy & Co. This is a business which specialises in helping B2B businesses find new leads, make sales calls on behalf of a business and help train the sales staff to help them generate new business.

  • How/Why did you start as an entrepreneur? What set you off?

Since an early age, I have always been interested in making money. I think I got this from my Dad, as working with him at an early age and being able to witness how he operates in his own business really inspired me as it was completely different to the typical 9-5 type of job.

This has been something I’ve always wanted to do, I’ve always wanted to be like my Dad and make my own money and make my own rules. Personally, as an individual I hate being told what to do, I prefer to do what I think is right instead of being bossed about.

I think what set me off was the fact my Dad thought the same thing, he would hate being told what to do and he was able to do it all by himself.

  • Tell us about each of your ventures:

In regards to Ellista Media, this all stemmed at the age of 16 from being interested in paid social. This is something, where I know in the next 2-3 years it’ll become something which is 10X bigger than what it is now, ensuring all my clients receive exceptional service. I know my agency is different to the rest as I don’t pass on work to the other side of the world, what we do is what we say, and what we say is what we do!

At the end of the day, we are that confident we offer a full money-back guarantee if we don’t achieve a positive ROI, that’s why we only work with people we know we can scale to multiple 5/6 figures.

In terms of Kitson Consultancy & Co, we have launched for a couple of months now and we have been able to generate results for multiple clients. This is great because some clients not only need lead generation but also sales training too.

This consists of us being involved with the whole eco-system of their business and reconstructing it, replacing the leaky pipes and building up a power-house which generates these businesses immense results to help them smash their revenue targets out of the park.
